All the following must apply:

• All exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization #.
• Only unused stock Batting Cage Nets may be returned for an in-store credit and may include up to a 20% restocking fee. These include:
  - 12’ High X 14’ Wide X 70’ Long Nylon Standard BBC net
  - 12’ High X 14’ Wide X 55’ Long Nylon Standard Softball BBC net
  - 10’ High X 10’ Wide X 50’ Long Nylon Little League BBC net
  - 10’ High X 10’ Wide X 30’ Long Nylon Limited Space BBC net
• All special order and custom built items such as cut netting by the square foot, rope bordered barrier nets and custom sized batting cage nets cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Please double check your measurements before ordering because everything is custom built. All these sales are final.
• Merchandise that has been altered in any way by the customer is nonreturnable.
• If an incorrect item was shipped additional items will be sent to make up the difference or a replacement item will be sent .
• The shipping charges are the customers responsibility and are refunded only if it is our error.
• No C.O.D. packages will be accepted by Cascade Nets, Inc
